of your Brother gives him a great advantage over any one that might be appointed here, whose knowledge can only be theoretically acquired from party newspapers, and that incorrectly;  and so in a manner entirely led by his subordinates.  I only trust your Brother will not be entirely led by Haines, and his needy colleagues, who are and have been lending themselves to destroy the sacred right of Property, in their bitterness against the Squatters.  Hoping to see you soon.
