Our mutual friend and your fellow traveller to this Country, Mr. Joseph Sutherland is on the eve of starting for Paris, where he hopes to meet you.  I take the opportunity of writing a few lines by him, to inform you that I have shifted my quarters from Ayrshire to "25 Walker
