The Bill will pass the Commons there is no doubt but of its fate in the Lords is doubtful.  But the King & the people are resolved on it & have it they will. The many will obey the King & if the King & people pass the Bill & act on it what will a few [indecipherable] with red robes and tinsel coronets do?  Throughout the Kingdom I never in my life saw more complete order, quiet & determined spirit.  The
