I saw Evans who very kindly called on me an hour before I left London on friday Thursday Morning the 21.st He by some mistake of the servant as to the hour of meeting had not arrived when the examination took place; but he saw enough to convince him, that water on the brain was the cause, & that this had been accumulating for some time, that it was impossible
