& the Colony - the Co.l is on the King's bench we hear - 

The latter came out with provisions for about half his numbers & he might as well have staid at home He is wholly unfit for such an undertaking having neither knowledge, experience, patience or Capital; & as he will not take advice & the best w.h c.d have been given, will not fulfill his contracts with his men, & leaves the place & the people to the care of ignorant & rougish Agents & enjoy himself at their places, [indecipherable] have discharged all  who have complained - & I think in just a few weeks more will see his [indecipherable]
