I have carefully read Macarthur's letter.  Were I he I should hold to my purpose with Veitch for money payment. This is well put upon the fact that Macarthur's outlay will be enormous & unremunerative.  Veitch proposes selling at "their usual price" ([just ask him what that means.) whereas Macarthur cannot
