[indecipherable] see that the cloudy issue of the Col. Parliaments has extended to that of England [indecipherable] now be for all the world as the first assemblage of Gentlemen within it.  Messrs. Parnell, O'Donnell Biggan & Co. are [indecipherable] transcendent ruffians quite as bad as any of your Members.  These Home Rulers or most of them & the wife of one of them told me with great [indecipherable] are not gentlemen at all at all, by birth or education, and are drawn to every right.  Parnell, Nolan, Butt & [indecipherable] are the [indecipherable] exception as to [indecipherable], but I believe all got drunk at [indecipherable].
