He went to a sale yesterday but it turned out the plants were [indecipherable] & were for the most part bought in.  He [indecipherable] for £7 worth for you & some for me.  He has [indecipherable] will send a list by this mail of the Orchids he has purchased.  He only now of course buys American or African Orchids for you.,

I now [indecipherable] hear Veitch and who must hold up in despite from my making my purchases at [indecipherable], or in some other cheap [indecipherable].  Of course I will also mention a word of [indecipherable] say.  Always [indecipherable] dear friend.
