such old friends as we are.  One word more only before I turn to other matters.  Something within the [indecipherable] tells me that in "our case" it is just a long goodbye.  I feel sure that we shall meet again "in the flesh".

A thousand thanks for the packet of Cypresses Pine tree seed safely delivered to me by Miss Morley.  I am striving to make [indecipherable] Church yard so "beautiful" as to be "a joy" instead of a place of repulsion & these Cypresses
