I have therefore written to Mr. Billyard, my Agent, to consult with my friends, Sir Wm Macarthur & Mr. Martin your present Landlord's representative & will hold myself bound to abide by their decision in the matter.
Again assuring you of my deep regret that you should have been placed in such sad difficulties and with an earnest hope that you may all before long be as happy & flourishing as you were when I left you.
