bound to say however that I do not believe that you will be able to get out of the miserable exclugence [?] yr personal expenses & tho' of course all disbursements on all of the collection wd be paid.  At last Monday's meeting, I was not present. The gr. matter for consideration was an application to the Govt. for another £3000.  Grant Barker & myself subsequently must arrange about the form of the letter & had a consultation with Merewether on Friday.  I left on Saturday so that
