The more stoney & higher the range the more beautiful the plants.  The Compositus are especially abundant, did you see, coming down through [Moony [?] range, a large Pink Bellis, 2 meters in diameter, a lovely thing.  If things go well on Sunday next, I will endeavour to pay you a visit.  The River will not be down by that time but there is a punt at [indecipherable].
