16th Nov. 1920

Dear Sir,

Yours of 7th October enclosing a cutting from one of your Sunday papers.  Thank you very much indeed for sending it.  I think the reproduction quite wonderful and it will bring home to your readers very vividly the way in which despatches are written at least by one General Officer.

I hope all goes well with the great Mitchell Library and that you yourself are enjoying the work of getting it into full swing.

With renewed thanks,
Believe me,
Yours very truly,
Ian Hamilton
