18. Prepare any earthworks necessary to resist boat landings etc.
19. protect Water Supplies where necessary.
20. All supplies required if any to be requisitioned for and receipts given so that they may be afterwards paid for.
21. protect any stores Bridges, piers, wharves etc.
22. Furnish full report as early as possible direct to O.C Expeditionary force on board HMAS Berrima at Rabaul, and report to him daily thereafter at 4 pm.
