I took a stroll down to No 1 Command Depot this morning and saw Capt. John Mitchell M.C. and also my name on a roll of 50 others recommended for early repatriation. John was extremely busy when I saw him. Shoals of men were darting over to his table pushing documents of all descriptions under his discriminating nose.
