Dear Mr. McIntosh,

I enclose herewith for your information copy of a letter which the Premier addressed to the Acting Prime Minister of the Commonwealth with regard to Lieutenant-Colonel D.G. Marks, D.S.O., M.C.

I am writing to Mr. Marks to let him know that action is being taken, but I am not furnishing him with a copy of the letter.
