Dear Mr. Marks,

Wth reference to our recent interview, in company with the Honorable H.D. McIntosh, M.L.C., I take pleasure in informing you that Mr. Holman has addressed a letter to the Acting Prime Minister strongly advocating recognition of your brother's brilliant services. I am returning to you herewith the letters which were addressed to Colonel Marks by distinguished Military Officers with whom he was associated in the war.
