The men frequently find old Roman Coins along the Beach Track, evidently from the Monastery which is built close to Mohamediy shown on the map- on the Coast near the Cygoon I have not been to the sea yet-
Rode all last night & got into Camp at 5 AM New Zealanders are ahead of us.
We are Camped at --------- (Ognatina) where some more Yeomanry were cut up- but they fought well judging by the heaps of empty Cartridge cases- & many dead. We found one poor horse still alive, doing a perish for Water
