Universal joy has just been caused by one little short chap, who, being seated on a saddle on the pole of the waggon, has just suffered what the French would call a "bouleversement"

This week it is my turn to be in charge of the sanitation of the camp. It is rather a sinecure as I have a native to do all the work and at nine o'clock (essa'al tisah fis subh) in the morning I may be seen walking round the camp with the native follow
