if such a person can be any ways usefull to you or friends, you will confer a great happiness upon him, he is now just 22 years of age and in good health, I wou'd not have taken this Liberty but thought such a Person if you had room wou'd be a Valuable acquisition, and in point of terms, I belive he will readily agree with any a Man of Mr. Banks' Character and Experience, shou'd  think reasonable and proper,
