[March 8, 1918]

This is April 8th no March 8th

We had it reported this morning that there is a lot of Germans working on our left flank, they are wiring, but still we have to keep a look out, in fact he may attack any time, & I feel quite sure he can blow us out with artillery & get through, & our trench is very, very thinly manned, & we have no supplies or reserves, all our reserves are in Aust in civie clothes. While looking over the parapet this morning a fellow was pointing some Huns out to me but I could not see them.

A little rain.
