turned my back but the lady caught my arm and when I turned round I was naturally surprised & confused to see Mrytle Bostock.  Naturally, too, I was very pleased to meet an old girl pal so far away from home.  One never meets anyone one knows over here unless they be soldiers.  I had tea with Myrtle, Harry & a nurse friend and a great old yarn about Melbourne & old Sorrento days.  She is a very pretty girl & quite sporty.  As Harry was engaged the next day I had the pleasure of taking her to dinner & to a theatre & I enjoyed her company immensly.

By the way Bert Ratcliffe was singing at the Albert Hall whilst I was over there but I didnt go to see him.

I'm afraid I neglected our relatives over there a bit but really the time
