[Following on from Page 421]

a Doctor Leary at Sandringham who deals as a specialty with similar cases and then perhaps to proceed to Brisbane.  I am inclined to think that 3 months under Freds wing will be of immense benefit to Bot just at this particular stage.

On the 24th of this month I am taking a sea trip to Cairns, I want to get right away from everything just now.  Fred journeys to Brisbane by the same boat, the "Wyreema", so that I am now looking forward to the blow and a long chat with Fred on everything.  Mr. W.G. Smith also makes the trip with me.

I've no home now.  This was one thing that hurt me on Freds arrival that he had no home to go to.  I had given instructions to C.J. & T. Ham to place "Kilburn" in the market when I found that Mother's illness, even if she improved, would never permit her to again manage, and before I knew that Fred was a certainty for return.  At this particular stage, I found
